Seminars & Workshops
In
concert with our annual conference
and showcase (trade
show), FSPA hosts
at least four educational presentations
for members. These typically address
such topics as expanding market share
in competition with larger companies,
applying new technologies in business
and principles of sound management, especially
for closely-held family firms.
We Need Your Input
Regarding Future Technician-Training Classes
The recently completed and first-ever FSPA sponsored Opteva ATM training class, conducted by eleven—year member, ATM Components & Technology, Inc., was a definite success. In order for FSPA to effectively plan for future training classes, we really need input from you, our members, regarding the types of training classes to conduct. Some options are:
- Timelock Technology
- Safe Deposit Box Lock Training
- Diebold I, IX & Opteva ATM Training
- NCR 5600 & 5800 Series ATM Training
- Triton ATM Training
- We are also considering putting on a class on the techniques of selling and managing service contracts.
We have tried, on more than one occasion, to get our hands around pneumatic tube training. However, this seems to be something that will be difficult to structure. Please send us any ideas you may have on this topic; they will be more than welcome.
A brief Training Survey Form is provided below. We would appreciate your completing and returning this form to the FSPA office by fax, mail or e-mail. Your input is extremely important and necessary in order for us to effectively plan for future technician-training classes. These classes are offered at a discount to FSPA members. FSPA also coordinates hotel accommodations at a group rate to make it extremely convenient to attend these classes.
