Since its establishment in 1973 as NIBESA, our organization has been guided by a succession of dedicated hands-on leaders. Our members, as leaders in their own fields, expect and deserve no less from their association.

FSPA is now under the full-time management of John and Liz Vrabec, who have been in the financial industry for more than 25 years. Former association members and business owners, they truly know how to help, having experienced the same challenges you face.

Not merely advising, but working alongside them on your behalf, is a dedicated nine-member Board of Directors, eager to address the full spectrum of members’ needs, initiate further benefits and attract new members in the vanguard of banking technologies.

Directors' terms are timed to expire at irregular intervals, so fresh talents and points of view are added continually. Each yearly election brings at least two new people to the Board. If you are interested in serving or nominating someone, please get in touch with the FSPA office.
